Medically speaking, the body needs to adapt the fats so that it burns 60-65% of those fats and 35-40% of the carbohydrates in a state of rest (RMR: Resting Metabolic Rate). Fat adaptation of the body needs to be through proper diet, correct exercise, and good rest. The other term for burning fat is termed as fat oxidation.
Strict dieting means tweaking your diet – eating more good fats and proteins that your body needs and fewer carbohydrates. Try to adhere to a strict diet. Ensure that you reduce the intake of carbohydrates.
Eat More Fat to Lose Fat
In order to train your body into a fat-burning machine is to teach your body to burn fat for fuel instead of sugar. When your body is fat-adapted, then you will stay thin effortlessly. You also get hungry less often, get to stay satiated longer, and still have plenty of energy.
