The pumpkin gives it earthy undertones and the banana, yogurt and almond milk make it creamy.

Pumpkin Smoothie- tastes like pumpkin pie in a glass! #cleaneating #paleo #delicious

This pumpkin smoothie is certain to satisfy a craving for dessert and yet is so healthy it can be eaten for breakfast! It is sweetened with maple syrup so there is no refined sugar.

I used almond milk in my pumpkin smoothie, but you could try using soy milk if you preferred.

I used a combination of cinnamon, ginger and all-spice to spice it up. If you’re in a rush, you could use 2 to 3 tsp of pumpkin pie spice instead.

Creamy smoothie made with pumpkin, yogurt, and pumpkin pie spices. A must-try!
