Recipe Round-Up: Spiralized Vegetables

Recipe Round-up: Spiralized VegetablesLast week I did a tutorial on how to use a spiralizer. If you missed it, you can check it out here. I’m late to the game on this spiralizing thing, but I am IN LOVE.

I promised I’d share recipes with you that showcase spiralized vegetables, and today I shall deliver!

Here’s a roundup  of 4 recipes that use spiralized vegetables that looked so mouth-wateringly good I had to share them with you.

Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Zucchini Noodles: Red peppers, goat cheese, onion, garlic, fresh parsley… need I say more? Seriously…I’m drooling here. And,  it can be whipped up in 30 minutes or less. Sign me up.

Sweet Potato Noodles with Sage Brown Butter Sauce: One word: bacon. Oh my goodness, bacon. And then there’s butter, pecans, sage, red onion, sweet potato noodles, nutmeg and parmesan. So, basically, all of my very favourite things in a bowl. With bacon.

Cucumber Mint Noodles with Ginger Dressing: Don’t be a skeptic. This recipe looks awesome. Yes, it uses cucumber noodles which is, well, new. But you’ve got to check out the photos on this one…I mean black sesame seeds? Yes, you can be this cool.

Clean Eating Shrimp Zoodles: Oh, Tiffany of Gracious Pantry, I love you. Seriously, you make my food dreams come true. Zucchini + shrimp= super simple and delicious recipe. Just say YES.

I’ve pinned these recipes to my Dinner board on Pinterest… Happy pinning! Happy spiralizing!
